ORCA Media: Panel on Phone and Social Media-Free Schools

We filled the Hayes Room at Kellogg Hubbard Library. We had 3 MRPS School Board members, a legislator, teachers, school counselors, a principal, grandparents, a baby and many parents there! Thank you to KHLibrary, ORCA Media, and the panelists.
