ORCA Media: Public Testimony on Feb. 26th during Community Support Day for H.54 / S.21

Thank you to our local cable access channel, ORCA Media for doing a live stream and posting this recording. Because we had been unable to persuade the House Committee on Education to give any discussion or invite any testimony on the Phone and Social Media-Free Schools Bill, we reserved Room 11 during the school vacation week, and invited students, teachers, parents, school board members and others to share their own public testimony.
